The fourth and last final of the day featured the St. Catharines Concord Gunners and the Caledon Fireballs. The Gunners wasted no time taking the lead, when #11 Tyler Hibbs fired a blast from thirty-five yards out into the right bottom corner. Caledon nearly responded within a minute, but saw a great chance cleared off the goal-line. St. Catharines doubled their lead in the 11th minute, when #24 Nicky Ianiri did well to turn two Caledon defenders in the 18-yard box, and finish into the low left corner. Caledon had to wait until added time in the first half to get on the scoreboard, and they did in style when #10 Sahjah Reid made a terrific run into the area and finished into the bottom right corner to make it 2-1 advantage St. Catharines at the half.
The exciting play continued in the second half with both sides creating chances but failing to capitalize. As the play became more intense, so did the weather. Play was temporarily suspended in the 75th minute when a violent hail storm moved in and sent teams and spectators headed for shelter. After a 20-minute delay, both teams returned to the pitch to decide the winner. Caledon pressed for a late equalizer, but St. Catharines were equal to the task, defending with all they had left until the final whistle. The final score stayed 2-1 for the St. Catharines Concord Gunners.
